Pros
Nothing to brag about. It's near a nice place for lunch. Can take walks by the pier.
Cons
People left after a few months and that's sayin something for litigation and ediscovery, which generally are pretty hellish work environs. The pay is REALLY low for the hours. Even if your salary is at-market, they'll milk as much out of you as they can, where you cannot even shop for groceries or get a decent night's sleep. Most managers don't have any legal training/background but sorta "fell" into ediscovery. Inexperienced w/ managing people and don't even have basic skillz. Also, I pity those who have left high-paying/secure full time work just for Lighthouse. It's a mistake! The worst part is the culture of not valuing employees. They'll blame you for everything that goes wrong ALL THE TIME. Good or even fair evaluations are rare but terrible ones seem to be the norm. I've heard it from numberous (great) coworkers across the board.
