      Very strong culture. Highly innovative organisation. Unusually strong working relationship between US and European businesses. Excellent career progression options and professional coaching. Strong client base Consistently strong financial performance

      Like in many companies in the eDiscovery industry, work/life balance can be an issue but this is something of a focus area now

      Pros

      Great PTO and WFH. Amazing people i worked with. Truly the reason I stayed as long as I did. The PAC (HR) team js helpful and cares.

      Cons

      Layoffs are every year. You need to be billable but sales staff has been decimated. I pretty well knew I was next to be chopped. Since the CEO change, it has been down hill. Management changed and it went from feeling welcome to feeling like a burden. Leadership has changed a lot and has become distant and cold. I went from feeling like I was valued to just being low hanging fruit for an easy cost cut while the leader got promoted.
