      Poor senior management making bad decisions with no clear repercussions to them Advancement only if you’re willing to play the game, doesn’t matter if you’re good at what you do or not.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
