Cons
Having to keep time and having a billable hour requirement is the turd in the punchbowl. Also, like most big companies, there is an insidious and invidious climate of anti-white discrimination coming from the top. The good news is that this type of discrimination is also illegal, and hopefully someone will bite back soon and teach them a lesson.
