      The work from home policy was mostly reasonable, and the benefits offered where good. The culture of the department I was in was also mostly supportive.

      Cons

      The pay was under market rate, No one communicated well with each other. Advancement felt very stifled.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
