      I enjoyed working with my team, particularly the leaders I supported. The pay range was decent for the role and the benefits were very good. There were always new things to work on.

      Cons

      I found it very difficult to advance my career as a remote employee, and for someone who didn't "grow up" within the HR establishment via a development program.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
