Pros
The pay is decent, good vacation time and benefits, most of the people are good to work with
Cons
The "Peter principal " is followed 100%--People are promotoed to their level of incopetancy. Upper management is way to far removed from real life/world. The company sets you up to fail by changing goals midway through the year, setting unrealistic goals that can't be met, making you work harder and longer. The companies philosophy has changed in the last few years and not for the better. It is now all about processes and a check the box mentality rather than letting employees think on their own. GOD forbid you don't follow a process . Not enough employees to do the job resulting in poor work life balance. If you want to succeed in this company be prepared to work 60-75 hrs a week
