Pros
Strong opportunity to advance if you are self-motivated. Good pay and benefits compared to the hours worked. The Company tries to do the right thing by its customers (and generally employees).
Cons
Liberty is currently transforming to a leaner organization which places some hardship on some individuals. As the Company reorganized it needed to become more efficient which unfortunately puts some people out of a job. Definitely old school in its culture so you need to understand the culture.
