      It was a great company to work for 5 years ago.

      Cons

      Coworkers bad mouth each other constantly; workers paid/promoted on years there not good work; the highest paid workers are completely incompetent because the competent employees leave for real jobs and the only people who stay are the ones too incompetent to go elsewhere

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
