Pros
Large company, opportunity to move, growing, not publicly traded so not beholden to quarterly analyst calls. Some very smart people.
Cons
Has gotten very political in the past couple of years. No longer taking care of people as much as they used to. Becoming more of "just another big company". Lots of reorganizatons. Current view of senior management are not generating trust.
