Pros

only work 37.5 a week, great time off, good benefits. Only home office is in the city

Cons

gives you too much of a course load, up to 40 cases at once and when you ask for help, they say 'balance' it out. Too much micromanagement. Odd how they recognize who is doing well, one of my coworkers was seen as 'outstanding' within two weeks of starting our jobs....really? how much assessment could they have done. Most jobs are in the suburbs

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
