      Lot of learning experiences available. Tons of access to information. Great co-workers and Manager.

      Cons

      Work load is intense. 60 hour work weeks are not uncommon. Upper management is more focused on the procedure and not the end result. Quality is more focused on following procedures as opposed to doing the job efficiently and getting the work done well.

      Great training program, learn alot. Benefits are great Great W&L balance

      Cons

      Lack of growth once senior positions are reached as, people are stuck behind people with seniority. No merit based promotions. Its luck of the draw.
