Managers - Most managers care about their employees and are willing to help with the work Co-workers - Most coworkers are great people

Favoritism - Most managers are great, but there are a few that will threaten to fire you due to disliking you on a personal level, or daring to question any of their decisions Leadership - Leadership doesn't care about their employees being overworked and some of them don't even bother to meet any of the lower level employees. Many don't follow their own return to office policy. Benefits - Health Insurance plan isn't great, pension was taken away, so there's no advantage to working here versus any other competitor if you're trying to save for retirement Hiring - There is so much turnover that mid-tenure employees are expected to train all new hires, many not that qualified for the position. They are also outsourcing a lot of jobs.
