Leadership Needs Work and Continuity - Anonymous employee Leslie Controls Employee Review

I have been employed here at Leslie for about 8 months. In this time period I have seen a change in Mgmt and I can see that I am hopeful and excited for what the future holds for Leslie Controls. The Machinist are awesome guys! Since I get to work all around with different departments and involved with the events committee I can see that we will work on recognition of the employees and boost the moral that is needed. Good things are to come and you have to give it time to show.

Some Managers in place need to spend more time with their team, then running around in meetings all the time. Less meetings and more actions! temp to perm transition is a little lengthy.

Good company overall pay is good

Work gets slow makes for long days.
