Phone screening followed by terrible in person interview. I was interviewed by 8 people total in 3 hours, in groups of 1 or 2 at a time. The worst was when a new interviewer would come in the room early and then you were stuck repeating yourself. It was very disorganized. The interview wasn't difficult as much as chaotic and annoying.
