- Management exposure: you get to work closely with management with flat hierarchy. - Regional exposure: you will get lots of business travel (and per diem) if you are needed over at SG's HQ - Career Path: you will get promoted very fast if you proven yourself valuable, there are no lacks of example that someone get promoted 2-3 times within 1-2 year timeframe. - Free flow snacks and soda drinks in pantry + RM150 mobile allowance
Cons
- Management and even regional management have no patient in waiting for results, any initiatives they are doing they expect results in 1-2 iterations - Not enough resources to achieve the goal target set by parents company. Basically asking you to run and win a marathon without providing you with the proper equipment and resources, and expecting you to win by a huge lead. - Regional management team are mainly mainland Chinese, so good luck if you can't speak/read Chinese
