      Depedent on your manager/director, if they trust you then it is quite okay\

      Cons

      Some managers/directors are too micromanaging. Things changes rapidly here. Sometimes it is not about the effort but of luck. Some KAMs need to do more things than others but that doesnt justify the pay they are receiving (the case in which the ones performing better are doing more) Constant OT as the workload is generally heavy.
