Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting some of the positives like salaries, hybrid work, and summer Fridays. We understand change can be tough, and while our scorecards are meant to support growth, we’re always looking for ways to balance performance with employee well-being.
It’s encouraging to note that 78% of exiting employees say they’d consider returning, and 91% would refer a friend or relative. Our turnover is the lowest it’s been, and engagement is at an all-time high, but we understand that not everyone’s experience is the same.
