I got an email asking for a teams meeting screening. Once that was done, I was invited in person to the office in kirkland for a 30 minute interview. Finally, offer letter is sent if you are chosen shortly after

Interview
Pretty standard interview process. HR and hiring manager both were professional and more work experience related questions. Last interview with the director and high level emotional intelligence questions. Throughout the process was professionally conducted by HR.

It was a pleasant experience, quite informal: met with HR and two upper Managers. It was mostly a get to know you session, not technical in nature, where i was asked about my prior experience in a customer support function.
