      Very understanding managers and the kids are fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and training is throughout. You can tell they care about the kids.

      Pros

      Working at Launch is a unique experience, you teach students and you also learn valuable skills from them as well! The Launch management team is very supportive and accommodating and provides unlimited support to ensure successful instructor-student relationships.
