      Pros

      The kids are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Upper Management is belittling and don't care to hear any suggestions on how to improve curriculum. Director would rather yell at employees and interrupt instruction to have his say and make himself feel like he is in control of everything.

      Coworkers are alright. Job itself is alright.

      Owner loves to yell at his employeee. Totally a weird guy, seems anxious all the time etc.
