Pros

- You can make great money - You can move up in your career quick - You are surrounded by top performers who are very open to helping you - The business will support you should you want to pivot roles internally and will offer you options should you not be in the right seat - C-Suite truly care about the people - Culture

Cons

- It's a sales job, so there will always be KPIs and high asks - Threshold on commission - Manager can opt fir a higher base pay in order to scale the brands, but still take a big hit on their commission - No bonus for training recent graduates joining the business - The CRM is from the stone age
