Pros

Some people are fun. Good training

Cons

The VP of the group is a complete creep. Asked me about my dating life multiple times and kept telling me how pretty I was and how he couldn’t believe i was single. Other girls complained but no one did anything because he was senior. Even senior people know how creepy he is.

Pros

Nice office, some nice colleagues

Cons

The expectation and pressure in the office to be at your desk from 7:30am to 7:30pm everyday is just not realistic or at all healthy. They're taking advantage of a saturated market of clearly very bright and lovely graduates, and burning them out before they have the chance to succeed. The only chance you have to speak to other successful peers is in the pub, and this is a bad drinking culture that runs throughout the company. The clear imbalance of men and women in the office creates a boisterous and boiler room type culture.
