A reasonable salary and benefits. The colleagues I worked with were generally brilliant.
Cons
From March 2021 onwards: - Senior management talk about performance management and coaching until the cows come home but no feedback is ever given, only behind your back from two-faced managers. - A people leader ignored claims of bullying about higher management in order to not rock the boat. - Lack of consistent communication from the top and fire from the hip attitude like a baby throwing toys out the pram.
