- Lack of proper HR; HR number doesn't work and when you are able to reach them, they are often unable to help. - Company doesn't enforce their own policies and regulations. Upper management is not held accountable for misconduct. - Upper management expects everyone to do more work than usual, under the guise of being a "small company." -Due to a negative work place culture throughout upper and lower management, negative rumors and comments often circulate. - Lack of communication and accountability. Upper management is comfortable with throwing lower level employees under the bus and ignoring complaints/reviews. - Employees are disrespected, patronized, and overall treated like they are worthless. They make it clear that you are dispensable. - The level of misconduct is unbelievable from inappropriate discussions and activities, to gaslighting and discrimination. - They've been said to let go of people under false reasoning.
