Pros

*people first mindset at SPB * a lot of freedom in your schedule * good training program if followed * great management team * the team of district managers were always willing to help and support each other

Cons

* the pay it’s very low for everyone resulting in high turnover * training program, not followed * unfortunately the value that was followed most with CYOA instead of people first * HR investigations seem to be nonexistent * 24/7 job * The insurance is horrible and it’s very expensive

Cons

The management that is in place is very biased and they ask you to work off the clock as a shift leader they demand everyone takes a break on paper even if you don't actually get to have an actual break because of not enough employees cross trained to do cook and cashier plus if you get close to even a small bit of overtime but you're scheduled they will ask you to clock out but still stay to finish your shift I could go on all day really worst job I ever had
