due to recent company restructuring, working at KK has completely changed detrimentally. upper management have become micromanaging and setting unrealistic standards for employees. despite preaching about providing employee resources for wellbeing and support, there's no actual support given by management. i've had countless 10-12 hour shifts where i was not allowed my legally mandated break and spent the whole time running on fews. great for short term and casual employment, horrible mentally long-term wise
