If you love being stressed, lied to and ignored by senior management then this is your dream job.

Zero fire drills done over the course of 2 year employment, (consider the fact that there is a massive fryer, regularly blocked / locked fire exits and flammable materials cardboard, chemicals lying about) Less than 11 hrs notice for next shift. Less than 11 hrs rest between shifts. Tip jar was filled by customers for months and months. Never saw any of the money. Left working alone at night with no stock regularly, despite being assured this would not happen. Forced to close 2 hours early and had to make that decision myself as there was no management to ask or approve same. Then having to be questioned about it on return to work rather than any concern shown for well being. Had to leave the premises from alternative exit due to angry customers outside late at night. Hostile working environment every day perpetuated by constantly being under stocked and cashless. Made even worse by lack of training for staff as to how to deal with same and increased risk for those working unsociable hours without drive through hatch lock being left in repaired for months. Every single team member was stressed / upset everyday due to lack of personnel. Ruined staff morale. People would just call in sick because they could not hack the stress which furthered the problem. Concerns raised as high up in the business as possible. Easier to find a new job than get an honest or appropriate response. Complete disregard for covid safety and their own policies during the height of the pandemic. No employee of the month etc. If you’re squeamish about wasps and/or bird faeces I’d give this one a miss.

No repercussion for staff who don't show up. Skeleton crew shifts were normal. Factory could become very warm and hard to work in.
