Pros
At Kpler I have been trusted from day 1 and given the space to deliver and be part of some really interesting projects. You are surrounded by lots of incredibly smart people who genuinely want to deliver. There is lots of flexibility in how and where you work with real autonomy and trust. The fast pace and the fact that the business is growing so rapidly means you have the opportunities to work beyond the remit you would in a more established organisation giving you more exposure and experiences to help you grow.
Cons
Kpler is in scale-up phase which means that the business is often changing direction, shifting priorities and this often means you do lots of work which then gets paused. This would be fine if there was clear strength in change management within the leaders but unfortunately they need more support in developing this skill set. Lack of process and structure often means working in silos and duplicating effort. There is a huge lack of transparency across lots of different areas in the business which needs changing. There is very little support coming into the business with no clear goals or trajectory which means that if you are not a self-starter or someone who is extremely resilient, you will likely not be successful.
