Pros
-They try to work with students' schedules. -The management is approachable.
Cons
-They regularly forget breaks. -They regularly ask you to do tasks you are not trained for (and indeed training for those tasks is not something they offer). -They expect you to know the store layout without ever teaching it to you or giving any kind of map. -They expect you to know how their app works without training you in it. -They regularly make people stay past their shift's ending time for trivial reasons. -They have a notice in the break room telling employees that November and December are "blackout periods" where UNPAID time off requests will "not be available for use." -They start people at $10 an hour. This is not a "trial phase" wage. -They assign you jobs entirely different from the ones they claimed to have hired you for. -I still don't even know my official position, so I put the job they've had me do the most as my listed position.
