KB4 is unlike any company I have worked for. The support and training you receive as a new employee sets you up for success in your role. The teams and leaders within the organization are positive, forward thinking, and are as invested in your success as you are. Definitely an amazing organization to be a part of!

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

Cons

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
