      I was joined as fresher , its a CMMI level 3 company , basically a telecom related projects handled here, feel great to working in this organization comfortable working hours , no night shifts . good working environment.

      Cons

      management keep shifting employees from one project to another project, its good actually to know new things.

      KNOT have a cohesive and vibrant environment at our workplace. They conduct weekly meetings and quarterly open-house workshops to keep employees informed about things going around the office.

      Cons

      Need to expand the teams more and employee more people who adds value to company.
