      The company has good benefits and they treat the employees fair. You have flexibility in your job and a voice on issues.

      Cons

      The company, in the manufacturing field, is in a tough marketplace in the US. More and more jobs will move overseas.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
