      Pros

      The people are amazing especially for what they deal with from Texas (C- Suite) and Georgia (HR).

      Cons

      There is no growth. The past CEO drove the business into the ground by cutting everything (FORCE) except investor dividends. The company’s products rely on “Chainsaws” and “Deadwood.” Leadership is relying on the largest restructuring plan in history which sadly will eliminate hundreds if not thousands of jobs. For young marketers, this is not a company focused on growth.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
