Pros

Central Brighton Open and modern offices Coffee Benefits

Cons

I have been working for Kimberly-Clark for over 8 years. I "survived" 3 redundancies and re-structure and outsourcings. The plan was to outsource all customer service and credit control to Bucharest in 2015...to make sure they wouldn't have to pay too much compensation the management was advised to bully people out of the company. I know several people who have been bullied out before the outsource in October 15, I was one of them. The management bullied me so much, that I left on my own terms. They even had compensation payments budget in case someone takes them to court because of bullying. It was once a great place to work, but the management made it one of the worst in Brighton. People with zero knowledge were moved up the ladder in a race, whereas the knowledgable ones were bullied out. I have never seen something like it in my whole working carrier. I am surprised that they are able to get through with that. And I just noticed that after outsourcing everything, they employ temp people to help out with Credit Control...I guess the outsourcing doesn't work that well.....

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
