Pros

Pay is quite good for the work you do

Cons

Absolutely no work-life balance working a swing shift. Going in at 7:00 p.m., getting off at 7:00 a.m., and having to be back at 7:00 p.m. the same day is absolutely ridiculous. Completely impossible to get a realistic amount of sleep in if you have absolutely anything you have to do after you get off of work.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
