Keeprite offers good pay good benifits and a good pension, as welk as steady employment
Cons
The new sryle of management is lacking in any real knowledge of the product we make. More interested in pushing quantity over quality, whisch is hurting shop moral. Long time employees with the needed experience are being ignored, in favour of newer employees that will not speak up or confront supervisor about lack of leadership. If i was 10plus years younger i would have already quit to find other employment. As i only need 10more years, i will contine to come in and go through the motions
