I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keeprite Refrigeration (Brantford, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
Applied on indeed, received an email to schedule a prescreen with HR team. Had a phone screen/ call with the recruiter who was very nice, answered all my questions, told me more about the company, the role and what to expect. Felt like she wanted to actually learn more about me and my skills rather than go through a list of questions. Got invited for a virtual call with the hiring manager. The conversation was less technical in nature but rather asked me to walk through my career. The in person interview was a lot of the same questions by different people, they could have made it a panel interview but everyone had a different way of asking a question, in general the atmosphere was really good. I enjoyed the interview stages, felt like I learned something about the company in each round

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keeprite Refrigeration (Brantford, ON) in Mar 2022
Interview
Phone interview, Video Interview, In-Person Interview. Was very impressed with the initial phone interview. Felt like it was a conversation and not some robot trying to get information from me. Knew it would be a company from the 1st call when the recruiter asked if I felt like it would be the right fit
