Non-Clinical Practice Manager doesn’t understand how to best support clinicians. Excessive client loads causing burnout and high staff turnover. Executive management team is not interested in retaining quality staff - lead to complete turnover of all existing Allied Health team over 12 month period. Challenging emotional burden due to being unable to adequately support clients following ethical professional standards and principles.
