Pros
Jump hires amazing people from a wide range of disciplines, making it a great place to learn. The culture is surprisingly balanced. The time you spend at work is about quality rather than quantity. People are focused on getting things done but don't sacrifice their personal lives.
Cons
Jump only has free lunch on Friday, and there isn't much of a lunchtime social culture. Most people eat at their desks, so you have to be more assertive to meet people outside of your immediate team.
