It has been more than a year working for the Organization, and review below is considering other units as well
1. Good work-life balance - yes, project deadlines are there but not like the ones that sit on your neck all the time.
2. Pay raise is decent, which is common across industry
Cons
1. So much leadership change, this creates fear in the team
2. New leaders mandating 3 days working from the office is a bit of an uncomfortable situation.

Thank you for your balanced feedback. We're glad to hear you’ve experienced a healthy work-life balance and competitive pay. We understand that frequent leadership changes and new in-office mandates can create uncertainty and discomfort. Flexibility remains a key factor in employee satisfaction, and your input reinforces the importance of adapting policies to support both productivity and well-being.
Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is.
The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving.
If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
