Pros

Overtime pays double your hourly wage. Company pension plan and benefits are good. If you’re willing to work nights and evenings then there is almost no limit to how much money you can make, they are always missing workers and will always offer you overtime until you drop.

Cons

It takes years to get a regular day shift. Very disorganized. There is no supervision in the call center so it’s basically like working at a zoo, anyone can say or do whatever they want. The work environment is sometimes so loud that you’ll probably get a migraine.
