      Decent benefits and that's about it.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance isn't possible, at lease at the location I'm at. - I have to report to three managers and all of them think they're better than the other. - Bate and switched the job responsibilities when I got hired.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
