      Pros

      Great benefits and company that has strong HR policies that ensures equality.

      Cons

      Management lacks direction. The only way to "perform" is if you have existing customers from previous employment that is wiling to transfer their revenue to you. Ironic though as this is touted as being against company policy but it is happening.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
