Pros

IEC (India Engineering Center) was and is growing and hence there are a lot of technical skill based opportunities to be picked up.

Cons

* Company will not train on any skill (If you are a self-learner, you will not need it, but on the job can be dangerous as you will end experimenting on a to-go production project with a tight deadline) * Bureaucracy. People with no legitimate knowledge have settled in middle management. Since they are unskilled, they are very insecure and keep meddling into minutest details and micromanage you. * Leadership is no way interested in the quality of work. Mid management is a scrapyard. * They are a captive and get projects with unrealistic timelines and agree to deliver without even getting into technical details. * Egoistic
