      Diversity of culture and strong encouragement for innovation.

      Cons

      JCI have about 130 years in manufacturing industry, while it's not easy to adapt the rise of technology like big data, machine learning and AI. It takes time to transfer from a manufacturing company to a technology company. Otherwise the automotive market will decreased significantly in 10 to 15 years.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
