      Work Culture is good. Dont have to extend working hours

      Low Hike Learning wise its not good for freshers. Most of the work is like clerkial job, i mean documentation.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
