Strong focus on employees. Great benefits, matching 401k, healthcare spending accounts. New CEO is focused on quality and improvement. Defines winning as winning with customers. Company is 140 years old and is still growing. For sales roles, JCI pays well for performance, talent, and experience.

Cons

Sales professionals needs to excel at consultative selling. JCI does large and complex projects, and this can be a difficult task for someone with only a background in transactional selling.
