Pros

Leadership change in 2025 is driving high levels of transparency, consistency, and accountability across the organization. Standards are being re-established for success and the business system being introduced is a fantastic step. Immense growth opportunity in data centers. Challenging environment that breeds success for those who are open-minded against new approaches to win. Culture of discipline continues to be developed. Tons of growth opportunities and tremendous learning environment with extremely talented and high performing teams (in pockets)

Cons

Consistency has been missing. Direction has not been strategic and often focused on short-term results with deviations from long range plan. Functionalization creates dysfunction and a fake one team environment.

Pros

Great employees, people, and pay. Excellent 401k match

Cons

Nothing, slow moving upper management but that’s at every large company

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
