      JCI takes pride in driving high performan culture and giving employees the tools they need in developing their talent. I was able to get my CPSM certification through management support.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
